



Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of gaming PCs, peripherals, and any other equipment ("Equipment") from Renegade Games, trading as Renegade Arcade ("Business," "we," "us," or "our").

1.2 By renting Equipment from us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.

2. Rental Agreement
2.1 The Rental Agreement ("Agreement") begins on the date specified in the order confirmation and ends on the return date agreed upon between the Customer and the Business.
​
2.2 The Equipment remains the property of the Business at all times. The Customer only has the right to use the Equipment for the duration of the rental period.
​
2.3 The Customer shall not transfer, sub-let, or sell the Equipment to any third party.
​
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
3.2 A deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be refunded upon the return of the Equipment, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 5.

3.3 Full payment of the rental fee must be made before the delivery or collection of the Equipment. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and any other methods specified on our website.

3.4 Deposits can be held or used as restitution in cases of misuse or damage of equipment or peripherals supplied by Renegade Games and or Renegade Arcade as outlined in Section 5.

4. Delivery and Collection
4.1 Delivery and collection of the Equipment can be arranged by the Business. Delivery charges may apply and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
​
4.2 The Customer is responsible for being available to receive the Equipment at the agreed delivery time and location. If the Customer is not available, the Equipment will be returned to the Business, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
​
4.3 The Customer is responsible for returning the Equipment to the Business in the same condition as it was provided. If collection by the Business is arranged, the Customer must ensure the Equipment is ready for collection at the agreed time.

5. Use and Care of Equipment
5.1 The Customer agrees to use the Equipment, including all peripherals, in a careful and proper manner and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Business.
​
5.2 The Customer must not make any alterations or modifications to the Equipment, including but not limited to software or hardware modifications.
​
5.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Equipment, including all peripherals, is not exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or other conditions that could cause damage.
​
5.4 The Customer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment or any peripherals during the rental period. In the event of damage, the Customer will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of the Equipment or peripherals and or the excess charge that Renegade Arcade is charged from insurance.
​
5.5 The Customer is liable for the manual actions taken while using equipment or any peripherals including but not limited to using online communication methods (including in-game chat). Any game account and or marketplace bans or punishments will cause user to lose deposit. It is solely up to the user to ensure safe use of the equipment of Renegade Games and or Renegade Arcade.

6. Damage, Loss, and Theft
6.1 In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment or any peripherals, the Customer must notify the Business immediately.
​
6.2 The Customer agrees to pay for any repairs, replacement, or associated costs incurred by the Business due to damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment or peripherals during the rental period.
​
6.3 The Business reserves the right to retain the deposit or charge the Customer's payment method on file for any costs associated with damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment or peripherals.

7. Liability
7.1 The Business is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Customer or any third party arising out of the use of the Equipment or peripherals, including but not limited to, data loss, hardware failure, or software issues.
​
7.2 The Business is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery, failure of the Equipment or peripherals, or any other circumstances beyond the Business’s control.
​
7.3 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Business harmless against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the Customer’s use of the Equipment or peripherals.
​
8. Termination
8.1 The Business reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the Customer breaches any of these Terms.
​
8.2 In the event of termination, the Customer must return the Equipment and peripherals immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and legal action.
​
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. Miscellaneous & Acceptance of Changes
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Business regarding the rental of the Equipment and peripherals.
​
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
​
10.3 The Business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Customer’s continued rental of Equipment constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
11. 4G/5G Internet Connection
11.1 Renegade Arcade may provide a 4G/5G internet connection for use with the rented Equipment. This connection is strictly for the use of the Customer during the rental period and is intended solely to support gameplay on the Equipment.
11.2 The Customer is not permitted to install or connect any additional devices to the provided 4G/5G internet connection or to access services not directly related to the intended gaming purposes. Unauthorized use or attempts to bypass restrictions on the connection are strictly prohibited.
11.3 The Customer is liable for any unauthorized charges, overage fees, or additional costs incurred as a result of misuse, unauthorized installations, or connections to the 4G/5G internet connection. The Business reserves the right to charge these additional costs to the Customer’s payment method on file.

11.4 The Customer acknowledges that said 4G/5G Internet connection can be temperamental and may cut out at times or may not work at all depending on customers location and accepts that Renegade Arcade will do all that is in their power to rectify the situation.

GAMES & AFFILIATIONS
Renegade Arcade provides a variety of games on its gaming machines for entertainment purposes. It is important to note that Renegade Arcade does not own any of the games, software, soundtracks, artwork, or any other intellectual property associated with these games. All rights to the games are held by their respective developers, publishers, and companies.

If a developer, publisher, or company has any concerns regarding the use of their games within Renegade Arcade, we encourage them to submit a request through the contact page on our website www.renegadearcade.com.au.

Licensing Partnership: Renegade Arcade is a licensed partner of Steam, which allows us to legally provide access to a range of games through the Steam platform. In addition to the licensed games available, Renegade Arcade also accommodates custom requests from customers for specific games.
​
While Renegade Arcade facilitates customer requests for specific games, the responsibility for these requests lies entirely with the customers. Any games requested that are not part of our standard offering must comply with relevant copyright and licensing laws. Renegade Arcade does not assume any liability for the use of unlicensed games requested by customers.
